Need help regarding ‘Redirect Url’

    Hi – Thank you very much for sharing this fantastic plugin. I installed the plugin 2 days ago and did some test-run.

    I searched something about the ‘Redirect Url’ and stumbled on this youtube video, which was from 8 years ago. Can’t find the exact js file to edit.

    Redirect URL – JS file

    Can anyone help to find and edit this JS file to delay the redirect URL function?

    Hello

    We do not recommend editing any of the plugin files as it will be overwritten when we release a new update.

    Can you let us know what you are trying to accomplish so we may assist?

    Hi. Thanks for the reply. About a delay in ‘Redirect after vote’ like in 5/10/15 seconds and that URL link open in a new tab.

    it’s a bit tricky to make this change directly in the code.

    we are going to release a new version next week that will have this feature implemented.

    if you’re in a hurry, please contact us on our website so we can send over the updated file.

    we have just released a new version that has the feature you mentioned.
    You can now set a custom redirect time when creating/updating a poll.

    One more concern, Sir. Is it possible to open it in a new tab? The ‘Redirect Url’

    We have considered adding an option to open the redirect url in a new tab/window.
    But our tests showed that the new window is being blocked by the browser.

    I see. The only option is to stay on the page. But it’s fine. The delay is working awesome. ^^
