Need help regarding different code approach

  • HI,

    I am working on HADES theme for wordpress and i have some approach in my mind.
    IT has 2 menu bar, the top has some home contact us link.
    But the other main menu has some item list names.
    So when i click on any menu item, a page will open which has something this kind of design: https://s12.postimg.org/uv15wp9d7/mock.jpg

    So it has image and below that post have to be shown.
    How can i do that? How can i assign a post to menu.
