Image Zoom and then Video Play

Hey, I am working on a website for a client who wants me to create a user experience where there is a logo character holding a labtop and as you scroll down then it zooms in and a video starts playing. I am currently using elementor and I have the video and the pictures but was wondering if something like this is possible. Is there a plugin or some code or something to make this work?
