Need help on social sharing plugin…

Hi, I am after a plugin. I am lookign for a plugin that allows coupons after you share some content on facebook or twiiter/instagram. Does anyone know of one? The main page of my site is in wordpress, but the e-commerce store is in shopify! Any ideas would be really welcome.
