Need Help on Category Name in Frontpage

I have setup a website using wordpress. All went well except one final stage that I require assistance from this board.

My frontpage has only one post (not page) in “Home” Category and the sidebar has all the pages for navigation purpose. I wanted to include a “Latest News” in the frontpage (means at the bottom of the post in the frontpage. So I created a “Latest News” category and use Adhesive Plugin to set the post as sticky and all post in “Latest News” category will be under the sticky post.

However, now I wanted the “Latest News” category name to be displayed in the frontpage but I just couldn’t do that. I can’t even find a plugin which can do that.

Example of Frontpage :
Introduction
blah blah blah

Latest News <– I need this category name to be displayed.
