Need help on Ad-rotation

I’ve inserted ad-rotation code in my website. But the code is not getting executed properly. I want to know where the mistake lies, whether in the code I’ve inserted or in the plugin.
I’ve made code for three ads and and each ad with rotation timing of 5 seconds. But the ads are not getting rotated on continuous basis. It stops rotating after singe rotation. I want the loop of rotation to run continuously.
