Need Help – New to WordPress

Hi, I am very new to wordpress. Hope I will get some guidance and help from here.

I have a client who use wordpress for some of his websites. He wanted me to workd on changing the meta tags and alt tags for the web site pages.

I have no clue on how to do this. Can someone help me here?
