I guess you need to add some contact form instead of the email address displayed.
Please take a look at this article and https://docs.jobboardwp.com/article/1570-templates-structure and replace the footer.php file with the proper template that you need for the contact form.

As a fast solution, I think, you may use the Contact Form 7 plugin.
