    Hey fellow forum members,

    I hope everyone is doing well. I’m facing a bit of a challenge with my website, and I was hoping to get some help from the community here.

    Problem Description: My website, which is built on WordPress and uses the WooCommerce plugin for e-commerce functionality, seems to have an issue with the cart page. Some users have reported that they can’t see the cart page, and it appears empty for them. However, other users, especially registered customers, can access the cart page without any problems, and they are able to proceed to the checkout page as expected.

    What I’ve Tried So Far: I’ve checked the WooCommerce settings to ensure that guest checkout is enabled, allowing non-registered users to use the cart and checkout. Unfortunately, even after enabling guest checkout, the issue persists for some users.

    I’ve also looked into potential conflicts with plugins and themes, but I haven’t found any specific conflicts related to the cart page. Additionally, I’ve tested the website on different browsers and devices, both as a registered customer and a guest user.

    Request for Help: I’m reaching out to the forum community to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue before or has any insights into what might be causing this problem. Your expertise and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Website Details:

    • WordPress Version: 6.2.2
    • WooCommerce Version: 7.9.0
    • Theme Name and Version: Minimal Shop 1.0.2
    • Relevant Plugins: Side Cart WooCommerce 2.3

    Please note that I’m not a web development expert, so any advice or guidance in simple terms would be really helpful.

    I understand that you are facing issues with your website’s cart page. It’s great to see that you’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps.

    I have gone to your site and am unable to replicate the issue as a guest, as the cart page is working as expected on my end, and I am able to proceed to checkout without a problem:

    Are you able to replicate this issue on your end? Are there any similarities with the customers experiencing this issue, such as same products being added to cart, specific browsers being used, customer location, certain amount of products, etc.?

    Also, are the customers seeing any error messages on the cart page? A screenshot of what these customers are seeing on their end may be helpful, if possible.

    If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

    You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you have this, please share the results with us here.

    In the meantime, to rule out any caching issues causing the problem, please can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and doing the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
