Need help installing different wordpress pages on multiple fatcow subdomains.

I will try and describe my problem as clearly as possible so that I can be understood. I have multiple subdomains fatcow hosting. However I want to have webpages for each subdomain saying something different. I tried to do this with weebly editor but they told me that I was only allowed to place one weebly site on all subdomains. I hope I am not beng confusing. In other words I want to be able to place different wordpress sites on each subdomain saying something different from each other. I called fatcow support and they told me that I would have to refer here to get the information on what I was looking to do. I would appreciate all help on this matter as soon as possible.
