actually not as i am using a GPL plugin so i might not get support from the plugin support
so if you can help me it would be great.

According to this https://we.tl/t-H7d3VKEZD6 , the slug of settings page is woocommerce-orders-tracking which is supposed to be the premium version.

If the plugin you are using is not from one of the above sources, be careful because it’s not the official plugin from us. And therefore, we do not support.
