Need help… I’m not a developer

At the top of every page of my wp-admin I see the following:
Your installation of the WooCommerce Admin feature plugin is incomplete. Please run composer install within the wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin directory.

I have no idea how to fix this.I don’t see a directory on the left that says it’s woocommerce-admin. I’ve looked under the settings in woocommerce and don’t see the directory there either.

This plugin was pre-installed when I began building my website, so I didn’t install it to begin with. I have no idea how to fix this.
