Need Help how to use Audio Player Plugin

Dear WordPress Guru

I need help, in which part of wp that i shoud put this code?

2. insert_audio_player(“[audio:https://www.domain.com/path/to/song.mp3%5D&#8221;);
3. } ?>

i try to put it in the footer but no response

and also this code below :

Add the loop option to the [audio] tag:

[audio:https://www.domain.com/path/to/your_mp3_file.mp3|loop=yes]

Add the autostart option to the [audio] tag:

[audio:https://www.domain.com/path/to/your_mp3_file.mp3|autostart=yes]
