Need help formatting Woocommerce Product Display

Hello – I’m at a standstill with formatting the display of my client’s products page. First, they sell nothing online. They only want to display a picture, brief description and price per pound of the product. Pretty simple, right? Well, I also need to note that they would like a menu on the top with a link to each subcategory of their products. They would also like a “sticky” menu of these same sub-categories on the right side of the page.

The URL of the products page is https://web.jmrketing.com/donjon/scrap-metal-pricing/. Am I missing something with regard to editing this layout?? Thought it would be easier as I’m baffled.

Any help you could provide would be appreciated.
