Need Help – Form Maker – For Total Due

    So I sent in a ticket previously with no response. The
    one thing that we are running into is the “Total Due” at the end. So
    when a person is click on the items in the form. It is suppose to be
    adding them to the total at the end, then at the end they have a
    choice between check and paypal for payment. If they click on paypal,
    it needs to add 3% to the total and send them for payment. I need to
    get this fixed or it can affect the Event..

    Firstly, we want to tell you that this is the first message we have got from you. There were no messages that have not been answered.

    To add 3% to the total go to Form Maker -> your form -> form options -> payment options -> tax -> 3%.

    Go to your form add new field -> single choice -> add radio buttons, change the names to credit card and paypal.

    But you should know that you cannot receive payment via credit card.
