Need help

The plugin is really popular. The main source and idea is really old and not easy to maintain. As coder I don’t like the source, but it is a part of my history.
But the support is a important topic. If you have experience and like to help other users, please help me and the plugin to solve the support questions.
If you have ideas for a better solution, a better support please feel free to contact me or use the development repository to add a request or also a contact issue for me.

I’ll usually be answering topics here on my free time – if I have free time. Please understand that as a growing my personal free time and I can’t provide the resources to monitor these forums 24/7.

When posting a new topic, please make sure to provide details needed for us to analyze what’s going on. Such details would often include a log file, however, please don’t post any sensible data publicly! Remove any usernames from paths in your log, leaving only their relevant parts.
Provide me a screenshot or more – it is often much more helpful as a long description.
