Membership plugin

Hi,

I would like some recommendation for a plugin if it even exists that provides access to certain features of the website dashboard. I will be selling membership where members can update their mini site in the my major website. Nothing has been built and I am exploring the idea if it even exists. I have some special features that will allow members to access depending on their membership level. Not sure if Multivendor membership plugin would work, any recomemndations?

The plugins I see online are only for content, but I need something that would allow them to build their own content from special dashboard with features to do so. Anybody know of any such plugin abilities? Thanks.
