Need help fininding a graphic design plugin/app

I need help finding a ready-built plugin or application that can be integrated into a WP site that allows a site visitor to do some “rudimentary” graphic design via a web page. It will be used for a business that builds and sells outdoor signs. A site visitor would be able to do things like select a stock sign and then customize it (e.g. add text, logos, clip art overlays, scale images and scale text, change background colors etc.). This is similar to the functionality that is found on web sites like https://www.buildasign.com/RealEstateSigns/browse-for-sale-by-owner.

I am hoping to find something that is sold and supported by the app creator.

I’ve searched the WP plugins, forums and Google and I am still having trouble finding what I am looking for. I must not be asking the question correctly. I get links to development platforms and text input oriented tools. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
