I’ve installed Blubrry Powerpress on a site I manage and the functionality works well. However, trying to integrate basic stats is a huge challenge (which it shouldn’t be). I keep getting “Incorrect username and password” messages trying to integrate the stats, but I know the details are correct.

I deleted my Blubrry account and created a new one with a different email address – no luck. Visiting their website is a terrible experience from a UX / UI perspective.

Can anyone recommend an audio player / stats solution for podcasts? Preferably a non-Flash solution. I’ve been digging around and I keep running into a brick-wall.

    Thanks.

  • I have the same issue. Just installed Blubbry, everything is working, except for the stats thing where I get the Incorrect user email address or password.
(I am extremely sure I have the correct email and password, and I activated my free account..)

Did you ever get this fixed ?

update – you need to subscribe to / enable the free service at Blubbry, then the login will work.

Thanks @corienb … I finally discovered that I needed to subscribe, but I must say the user experience was extremely confusing. We’re doing a public radio type show so I may transfer the audio files to prx.org which includes metrics etc. Good luck on your end.
