    Hi fellow WebToffee users,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently facing an issue with the Picklist Pro plugin and could really use some assistance. I have been trying to display batch numbers and expiry dates in the picklist and delivery docket, but unfortunately, I haven't had any success so far. I have the latest versions of wordpress, woocommerce and webtoffee and the batchcode expiry plugin installed. I feel like I have exhausted every avenue at this stage.

I followed the instructions in the documentation, which suggest using the "[wpbet_batch_expiry]" shortcode, but it requires entering variables like order_id and variation_id manually for each order. This seems impractical and defeats the purpose of automation.

My goal is to have the batch information automatically populate in the printed documentation, such as the picklist and delivery docket, for each order. However, despite enabling the relevant setting in the plugin, the batch information doesn't show up anywhere in the printed documents. I already reached out to the plugin support who told me t use the shortcode provided where I am using another plugin to create the documents.

I've spent days trying various solutions and even searched the forum without finding any relevant threads. I'm feeling quite frustrated and stuck at this point.

Could someone please provide a step-by-step guide on how to get the batch numbers and expiry dates to display on the picklist, delivery docket, or any other printed documentation literally anything at this point would do because the staff is requesting that they be able to have a hard copy of the order details along with the batch codes and the expiry dates? I have the batch codes and expiry dates successfully showing up in the order itself but they are not appearing on any of the documents and at this point the only way to have a document with the order batch codes and expiry dates on the same page is if I do a browser print from within the order page itself. It would be incredibly helpful if we could print the order with the associated batch numbers. I am genuinely shocked that it is so difficult to achieve this.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious, but the lack of clear guidance in the documentation is making it difficult for me to achieve this seemingly simple task.

If anyone has successfully accomplished this or has any insights, please share your expertise. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much in advance for your time and support.

    Best regards,
    Ruth
