Need help choosing a member plugin

I am new to using WP with registered users so I am not sure how to implement the features I need. I previously was using Joomla with Community Builder to do this and it worked fine but now that I am switching to WP, I need an equivalent. Here is what I need it to do.

-Take new registration
-Ability to create custom fields. (23 total fields)
-Registered users get access to specific pages that are normally hidden
-Registered users can download (csv) file of all registered users.
-Users can edit their own profile.
-Users can upload their own profile image.

I installed Buddypress but I am not really looking for a Social plugin. So before I went to far down that road, I thought I would ask here first.
