Need help changing url

Hi. I would like to change my website from https://www.hypnosisinme.com/change to https://www.hypnosisinme.com I have several other sites and have been able to do this easily until now. I noticed that in my filezilla, the folders all seem to be in the root folder and there’s not index.php4 file. This what I use to move/edit in my other sites. I’ve already followed the instructions in WordPress and nothing is working. Please advise.
