Need help but theme.blue website is off!

Hello!

I am using Tora for my website. I sent mails to the customer service of Tora theme which was Theme Blue but now the website is offline and I never received back any help.
I posted many times my issue on the forum but no answer back. Is it possible to get some help? also because the issue is not about customizing but it is actually a problem related to the theme.
