Need help ASAP for Client – Can't Build a Form

Hello – I need help as soon as possible as I am trying to complete a client project.

Reference – I am using the same machine – MacBook Air with latest OS – for these tasks below as I’m not sure if this is the issue…

I downloaded your plugin and built a demo of a page for my client on my company domain – https://www.phillytech.co – Everything worked great and looked great and they were satisfied so they went ahead with the project.

I then added your plugin to my client site – https://www.proplanners.org – which is on version 4.6 of Divi and on Flywheel for hosting.

Issue – The plugin is not allowing me to save my forms. When I save the screen just refreshes, and doesn’t allow me to save anything

– I confirmed a few times that I was an admin.
– logged out of phillytech
– I shut down and restarted
– added a new admin on Divi and tried this

Your plugin is still not allowing me to save any of my forms. The screen just refreshes and does not save.

I’m thinking I might need to clear my cache on my machine, but I want to avoid this if possible.

Please help me as soon as possible as I have a deadline to complete this by tomorrow morning
