Backup errors

    Hi, Hope this community can help me out.

    I been getting those errors, i tried to fix them in any way, but i cant figure it out.
    I asked my hosting for help and they looked into it, even with access to my website, they told me its probaly a ‘wordpress’ problem.

    Issues i have:

    Cant use Updraftplus-backups,

    Site health:

    2 Critical issues
    The REST API encountered an error Performance
    Your site could not complete a loopback request

    A scheduled event has failed Performance
    Background updates may not be working properly

    Problems seems to have to do with each other.

    Hope you guys can help me out!
