Need help adding some links

Hi, my name is Tarik Ozgur and I would like to make some changes to my site [redundant link removed]. Currently how the site works is I am using the WP-Drudge theme in order to add posted links to the front page with headlines and a short blurb. When the user clicks the headline they are taken to the news website where the headline originated from.

I would like to change my existing links and all future links so that instead of taking the user to the original website it takes them to a page within my own website with a paragraph or two taken from the original news article. Below that paragraph I’ll put a link to the original article. Is there a way I can make this possible? Thanks!
