Need help adding social icons to sidebar & image to title. Will Pay if needed

Hello,

I am using the Esquire theme and need helping adding social media icons to the sidebar (titter, facebook, youtube, tumblr, etc). Also, i would like my site title to display an image instead of letters.

I am not an expert in CSS and coding. I did fine a previous topic that seemed to have provided the answer but it was too complicated for me. If someone could do it for me, please let me know how much the charge is.

I would like it to look like the social media icons to look similar to the following blog: https://pretaporte.tumblr.com/

I would like the site title to look similar to the following web site:
https://www.oic-books.com/blog/
