    Hallo,

    We have the pro version of your Plugin.

    I need help with: We have 3 websites with your plugin and we use it using the Shortcode [supportcandy].

    Today We merged these 3 websites into one using All in One Migration. Now two problems:

    1. To show all the 3 tickets on each single page on the MainWP Website how do we do that? I tried iFrame it works but looks a bit weird cause of all the scrolling. Any Help?
    2. The Assinged Agents have lost all their tickets in “My Tickets” is there anyway (even if in the dababase) to reassign them the correct unique ID so their Assigned Tickets stay?

    Hello Graham Miranda,

    Thanks for contacing us. I hope you are doing well.

    Please note, SupportCandy is designed to work on only one installation and it can not be merged with another installation. If you have a multisite set-up then every site has its own independent installation and it can not be merged with another installation. 

    We did not test the plugin on a setup like yours as this is not recommended. Also, we can not offer support for such customization as it was not recommended and not practically possible.
