Need Google Adsense to show in the header for all pages except those disabled

Hello,

I need the ad banner showing in the header for all pages except for those I disable specifically.

I have inserted the code in block 1 >> Automatic Insertion: Disabled >> Posts: Not selected >> Static pages: selected as Individually disabled >> Homepage: selected.

Then I went to the Login page and selected Disabled for that page.

Now I don’t have ads showing on my homepage, or any pages.

I don’t have any caching plugins activated. I also cleared my entire browser cache but still nothing.

What am I missing? I read through some of the docs but can’t find the answer I need.

I have remote debugging on.
