Need full width slider for Twenty Eleven under menu bar

  • Well, The topic title says it all. That is what I want to do on this site: https://www.westernturnpike.com/. Basically put a full width slider for a slide show directly under the menu bar and above the content area of the welcome page. I have read quite a bit and it is rather confusing and I am not sure which is the best route to go.

    Do I want to us Nextgen and a multitude of other plugins to get this to work?

    Do I use a free Nivo plugin? Do I use the pay version of Nivo? What is the difference there anyway?

    Well, that is it. I basically need the easiest and perhaps best way to do this.

    Hi .. any takers on this one? I want to jump on this project and guidance would help. Otherwise I will have to pick a random youtube video and go for it hoping that I am not wasting my time.
