Need full font-weight options

Instead of “Light, Regular” etc, the font weight dropdown should have 100–900 because a large number of fonts will not use the particular choices currently available, and many have more than are available. The Apple system font, for example, makes all 9 weights available.

Moreover, “Regular” is synonymous with “Normal”, and normal is defined by spec as 400, but “Regular” in Editor Plus equates to 500! This means that normal/400 missing as an option.

Is there a filter we can use to set our own options? I don’t think I could use it in production sites currently.
