Need Form to Reset without Submit Button

I’ve had a programmer at CF do this form for us. It works well, now, after some circling of the target, but one thing remains. The form can’t be cleared without reloading the page, and I’d like to know what code (if any) I can insert to “clear to form.” This form doesn’t get submitted; it is a calculator for use only on the user’s phone, desktop, etc., and its values are not saved anywhere.
