    Hello, Hope your day is going good,

    Need your help, I need to know the Class and Event which fires when user click to the WhatsApp Icon from phone and From desktop as well, For SEO purpose to know the exact conversations count of users.

    Can, You please help me with that?

    Hi,

    ctc-analytics class name, if its getting duplicate clicks please use ht-ctc-chat class name.

    plugin triggers a custom event ht_ctc_event_analytics when user click to chat.

    E.g.

    document.addEventListener("ht_ctc_event_analytics", function (e) {
    // your code here
});
