Need evaluation on new site.

Hi. I have built my first website. I am looking for ideas to make it more interesting, grow my email list, and develop a following. The name of the site is HotGirlsCoolStuff.com. The premise is beautiful women introducing guys to cool websites and products. I have recently added a Facebook page and YouTube channel. Now with these 3 ingredients in place, I need to find a way to bring visitors to the site on a daily basis. any suggestions? I also would like to add behind the scenes traffic counter but don’t know which one.
