    Hello,

First of all, great plugin. Used it for 2 years now.
Now i need a feed with prices that have dot and not comma between the decimals of prices and on top of that i need it to be without VAT.
EX: Price exc. VAT: 16.42 and not 16,31. I need to replace the . with ,
    I tried:
    1. use find and replace , with . For Price exc. VAT and doesen`t work.
    2. use Pinterest/TikTok value but it doesn`t work. On top of that i need the prices to be without VAT.

Any idea what can i do?

    Thank u

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Our plugin does not have an attribute in it that immediately shows the prices with a dot decimal separator and ex VAT. You can however by taking an extra step still achieve the desired outcome.

    Use this field mapping:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/uqe0kj3bkdtnpjv/dot-multiply-1.png?dl=0

And then use a multiply rule to take out the VAT of the price. In the example below the VAT percentage is 21%:

    Hope this helps?

    Hey,

I did all steps but at the rule:
    my VAT is 19%. So:
    Example: price with VAT is 21.65 x 0.81 = 17.5365
    but
    17.5365 * 1.19 = 20.8684

    Its less than 21.65.
    Its not the same price.
    What can i do?

    Thank u!

I am not sure what you mean but when you do 21.65 x 0.81 than the 17.5365 should be in your feed

    Hello.

Exactly like u said. IF the initial price with vat 21.65:
“21.65 x 0.81 than the 17.5365” but if we add VAT 19% (like in my case) it will be 20.86 and not the initial price of the product 21.65 (with VAT)
    So somewhere is an error.

Did u understand? I have to submit the feed for a marketplace, but they will only accept prices without VAT (they will add 19% at their end) and with . (dot) between decimals.

    Theere is any workaround/solution?

    Hello,

I tried divide by 1.19, but the price is shown with comma and not with dot :(.

    EX:
    229 divide 1.19 = 192,436 – prices apear with , and not dot

When we multiply they apear with dot.

    So strange.

    Again, any other solution?

    Much apreciated!

    Hi Leo,

We have just pushed out a new release of the plugin (version 11.3.1) for you. In the field mapping drop-downs you will now find 3 new attributes:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/yqa0zk9wy24f08p/prices-dot-excl-vat.png?dl=0

Those should show you the prices with a dot as separator and excluding VAT.

Hope this solves the issue at hand?

    Hello,

I just created a new feed with just Product name and Pintereset/TikTok/Vivino price excl. VAT to see if its working.

I am just seeing the normal prices with VAT.
    I am doing something wrong?

    Thank u,
    Leonard

    Hi Leonard,

Did you make sure you have a tax percentage configured in Woocommerce for the country you configured the feed for?

    Thread Starter LeoG

    (@gramve)

    Hello,

Yes, i have tax percentage configured. I already have feeds created with Price excl. VAT and it shows the prices (but with , and not .) correct.

Just created already another feed to check (just updated) Pintereset/TikTok/Vivino price excl. VAT if it shows corect prices. As i said earlier, it shows prices with VAT (with .) and not without VAT
    Country: Romania
    Channel: Custom Feed

    Best,
    Leonard

    Hi Leonard,

First of all, make sure you are on version 11.3.3 which we pushed out today as there is a fix in it that could effect the outcome for your feeds too.

This is what we did to test it.

These are our WooCommerce general tax options:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/ltnqqoirhjaao6p/tax-options-1.png?dl=0

This is the VAT percentage set for the Netherlands, 21%:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/9mdv9hios4nxrnn/tax-options-2.png?dl=0

We created this test product with a price of EUR 1000:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/wjqbdqggfuram9y/tax-options-3.png?dl=0

We than created a Google Shopping feed for the Netherlands and used this field mapping for the g:price field: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zlay65w9mc8w2mk/tax-options-4.png?dl=0

Which resulted to this in our test feed:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/p6lx10gmu2m8ryw/tax-options-5.png?dl=0

As you can see the price has a dot as decimal separator and 826.45 * 1.21 = EUR 1000, so this all seems to be working fine now.

Are you doing something else than we do?
