• Hi,

Can you please add the “Development Mode” function? I mean add a button to activate/ deactivate the Development Mode of Cloudflare.

The “DISABLE PAGE CACHE” function sometimes doesn’t work well, when I activate the page cache AGAIN, it will fails sometimes. I change the page rule from https: xxx.com/wp-admin/* to https: xxx.com/wp-*

The “Development Mode” is very helpful for us, especially when we just need to change a little content of the online website.

By the way can you please change the “https: xxx.com/wp-admin/*” page rule to “https: xxx.com/wp-*”, We want some pages with the “wp-” url to bypass the cache too.

    Hi @luislu,
If you want to use the “Development Mode” option then you need to enable/disable that from the Cloudflare dashboard. Also the “Disable Page Cache” option works perfectly without any issues. The plugin does not create a separate page rule unless you have enabled that option inside the plugin settings (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/NOCegcl.jpeg). I never recommend anyone to enable that option as it simply adds one additional page rule without which the plugin works perfectly fine. You really don’t have to enable that option inside the plugin settings.

If you have more page paths to be bypassed you can use the Cache Rules instead of editing the page rules added by the plugin. Take a look at this implementation guide: https://gist.github.com/isaumya/af10e4855ac83156cc210b7148135fa2 of using this plugin without the cache buster query string by taking advantage of the Cache Rules.

    Hi @luislu,
That seems to be because either you have manually deleted the page rule added by the plugin or modified. It. Try deactivating the plugin completely and try resetting it up.

    Hi @luislu,
As I said earlier, development mode can always be enabled from Cloudflare dashboard. Moreover before turning on the development mode, if you just disable cache from the plugin settings, it will remove the page rules added by itself.

After that you can create your own page rules and experiment it. Finally before enabling the plugin, make sure that your custom page rules are not going to interfere with the page rules added by the plugin.
