Need customization and other opinions

My site (China Buzz) is usng celebritytheme from Gorilla Themes. But its flash slider is not working, and I have left it like that from the beginning because I don’t know how to solve it.

I am very troubled with this. Anyone help customize the theme for me to be like https://kiss951.radio.com/, which I found is also installing celebritytheme.
