Yes, I did see those plugins on wordpress but they don’t quite fit the bill. The plan-recipe-list feature on the websites I mentioned is commonly used in similar websites. I assume it is an already built program that I need to purchase. I just don’t know what it is called and I need to know where/how I can obtain it.

Even if it is available, it probably would require some custom coding before it would work with WP.

Looks like the second site you listed above is Drupal, so you might google around and see what you find there.
