Need Clean Uninstall Instructions

We uninstalled SG Optimizer, but it left remnants (data) inside our database tables and htaccess file after uninstalling it.

Please provide instructions on how to perform a complete (clean) plugin uninstall.

Also, would like to recommend adding an feature to SG Optimizer (e.g., toggle switch) that will delete all plugin remnants upon uninstallation (as an option).
