Need Calendar Layout

Hello.

I need to create a meeting room booking system and I want to make the date and time choices look like a calendar. If this is outside the scope of free support can you please advise how much it would cost to develop this for me?

The meeting rooms are in different cities and are hired out by the hour. Some cities have more than one venue available and each venue comes with its own costs. In some cases, there are additional staffing and equipment hire costs.

So to start with the site visitor needs to choose a city at which stage they are presented with a list of available accommodations for that city. Preferably this list should appear alongside a color-coded calendar so that they can see what days and times each venue has available.

From there they choose the date and time they want.

Having done that they then pay for the booking. Once this has been done various emails need to be generated. One email to the site visitor confirming the booking and providing information on the venue they chose. Another email goes to the venue providing them with the confirmation of the bookings. And a third email needs to go to the website operator showing full information.

This is what I need for now. Going forward I would like to create a membership area where venues can log in and add their information to the system themselves. And then once they’ve been approved that information is automatically added to the dates available on the booking form.

But that part is for the future. For now I just need someone to assist with creating dynamic dates and times, displaying them as a calendar which is part of a CFF from.
