    Hello WP Event Manager people,

we’re facing the following issue with our ticket sales: The people working on our events are completely separate from those working with the WordPress backend and the frontend event dashboard (namely: me).

Those within our team who are receiving the registration emails require the information about who bought the tickets (the buyer, as shown in the frontend registrations dashboard) in addition to the details for every attendee. Unfortunately they’re not comfortable working with the dashboard, where that information would be present, and it’s rather cumbersome to work through every registration in the dashboard.

Of course I can customize the organizer email template, but there’s no shortcode available to access the buyer information, as far as I’m aware. But as seen on the dashboard, the information should be available. Otherwise it couldn’t be shown on the dashboard.

So my question is: Is there a way for me to show the buyer information in the organizer mails? That way, our event managers would be able to just work from out of their email inbox rather than switching between mails and the dashboard.

I hope my request’s formulated clear enough, and am grateful for whatever help you can provide.

    Thanks alot!

    Hi @bim41337 ,

I had read your query, could you please let me know that buyer information means attendee information (which is collect from registrations plugin) or woocommerce checkout form(include with buyer information fields)? Once it will clear that which information you want to show or send in mail, then I can explain you that how you will get it.

    Thank you.

    Hello @kikanirita ,

thank you for your answer ??

By “buyer information” I’m refering to the woocommerce checkout form, as you said. So I need the information on the person who actually bought the tickets to our event. As I mentioned before, the information is already being shown in the dashboards as “order details” or “Bestell-Detail” in German.

    Hello again @kikanirita ,

that sounds like a very useful addition to your plugin, thank you very much for this preview.

Can you tell me when the next update is planned for release?
Also, is there going to be an article on your homepage showing how to use this new feature? As I’m not a very experienced PHP programmer, I most likely would have some trouble figuring out how to use this one my own.

We don’t need the feature urgently, so I’d consider this thread resolved if you’d be so kind as to answer the questions above.

Thank you for your support thus far!
