Need Appropriate Plugin for Rest API implementation for our Custom forms

    Hi ,

    We’re looking for an API plugin that can seamlessly connect an external API to our custom forms, allowing us to send requests and retrieve responses without extensive custom coding.

    While we’ve tested the WP Get API plugin, its ‘Actions’ feature doesn’t meet our needs, as our forms aren’t built with WP Forms, Contact Form 7, or Formidable. Additionally, the plugin’s log feature isn’t capturing API requests and responses effectively with our custom forms. Unfortunately, logging alone doesn’t address the issue, as integrating our custom HTML form data with WP Get API requires substantial custom coding through actions and hooks.

    As such, we’re searching for an alternative plugin that meets our requirements. Specifically, we need a solution that enables us to configure API endpoints, send custom HTML form data via actions, and efficiently retrieve and log responses.

    We would greatly appreciate any recommendations.

    The communication protocols for various APIs vary widely. Combined with the need to integrate with custom forms means it’s extremely unlikely you’d find an existing, suitable plugin. You’re very likely looking at the need for a bespoke plugin to accomplish what you need.
