need advice selecting e-commerce plugin that calculates delivery

I need help either finding a plugin e-cart or someone who can build a custom cart.
I work for Daily Service Hawaii, a small gift basket shop.

We create, customize, build, and deliver gift baskets around the island of Oahu.
The shopping cart plugin we use now (Tribulant) is god-awful in all the ways we are flexible, and I’m ready to take it out like yesterday’s trash.

I need a plugin that will calculate:
– The delivery cost based on the destination zip code.
– A calendar where you select minimum 3 days in advance to fill an order (mostly from time to process credit card)
– Coupon codes that can apply to either the cost of the product, or the cost of delivery (such as “up to $10 off delivery” for an area that only costs $4 would take $4 off total)
– The ability to let customers “build a basket”
