• Hello,

    I understand this is NOT the place to request support for the pro version and I won’t. However, I renewed my subscription through my website admin yesterday through Freemius and I was sent my login credentials by email but when I try to login to your support forum https://www.dynamiapps.com/support/forum/frontend-admin/ it says the login credentials are invalid!

    I also sent you an email at [email protected] but I haven’t got any response yet.

    Hello! How can you expect people to continue paying you for support when you cannot even answer to a simple question after more than a week! I need my credentials to access the pro forum ASAP

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry about the delayed response. Our website is no longer linked to Freemius so you need to create a user on our. I will email you how to do that.
