Need a video plugin

    Hi everyone. I am looking for a video plugin that will allow me to upload videos to my blog, and have thumbnails of the videos as well. I am building a site that will be tutorial site and I want to upload lots of videos and have it easy to manage and use for the end users on the site. Any plugins that you can recommend or themes even that might have great capabilities for this, let me know.
