Need a specific blog URL and username that I'm being unable to register

There is a free blog url that I want. However, it tells me that is reserved and doesn’t allow me to register it. When I try to open that “blog url” + dot “wordpress” dot “com”, there is no such blog that exists. I am trying to use that same term to register a username, but it doesn’t allow me to do that either, saying it is in use. When I hit “password reset” for that username, it says it has sent an email to the email that registered this username for options to reset the password. I check all my email addresses and none of them have received a password reset email.

Now this word that I’m trying to get is actually my full name. I want to register my username and blog address both on that full name itself. Is there any way I can get hold of it? Can I contact WordPress through telephone or email or anything else and get it?

It is a pretty unique name, my first and last name put together, so it’s very unlikely someone else has registered their username as that. There are chances that I may have registered a WordPress username through this full name years/eons ago, but don’t have access to the email address anymore, and don’t remember the password either, which is why I cannot regain access to it. Also, there is no blog that exists on that name.

I want that username and blog address for myself at any cost — it is my full name. Can someone tell me how I can contact WordPress and ask them to let me have it or register it for myself?
