Need a small menu in the top padding

I am very new to the WordPress scene and I would like to add a menu to the padding in the top right hand corner of the website. It will have only 5 links to other pages. I am using the EvoLve free theme but I am planning on buying the premium version. I do not have a public version of my site up yet but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
