Need a shortcode to display certain categories

I need to be able to put this shortcode into another shortcode to save space. I want the posts for each category to display on that page only. I have a tab shortcode that i am using and i want to have the rpwe shortcode to be put into the tab. It works when I add the [rpwe] shortcode but it displays posts that are not meant for that page. I need to it be displayed by category. Can someone help me with this please.
