Need a rating tool that I can put anywhere on my webpage

I have a website that revolves around users rating difference services. All of the free rating plugins or widgets I have tried are always located in one place, cannot be modified, and can’t be placed within specific rows or columns. I’m looking for a free plugin or widget that does these things. Help?
