NEED a Poll Plugin that requires Email / email verification

  • Hey guys,

    I have been looking through many different poll plugins but haven’t really found what I’m looking for.

    I would need a poll plugin that asks for your email address and saves it to a database. Additionally, it would be great if the poll would require email verification so the user must enter their name and email, vote, verify the vote by email and only then it counts.

    Anyone know something like this?

    I found one plugin that does this called Poll & Quiz Tools by OpinionStage, but they charge $65 per month if you want to collect the users email as this is only available on their business plan..

    Anyone know any other survey/poll plugin for my purpose? It would require the following simple steps

    1. Enter email
    2. Vote for option 1 or option 2
    3. Show user the poll results
